Shipping

Orders are prepared and packed by our small studio. Please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be dispatched. During launches, holidays and periods of high demand, preparation may take a little longer.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. VALRYGG Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged upon arrival. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Please check the import regulations in your country before ordering, particularly for fragrance, botanical or apothecary products, as restrictions may vary.

Returns
We hope you will keep and enjoy your VALRYGG object for many years. If something is not right, please contact us.

You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, contact us before sending the item back and include your order number.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please pack the item carefully, as you are responsible for it until it reaches us.

Unless the product is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the payment provider to process it.

Items that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  Bespoke, personalised or made-to-order pieces created to your specifications.
  
• 
  Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
  
• 
  Perishable botanical or apothecary products.
  
• 
  Digital products once delivery or access has begun with your prior consent, where permitted by law.
  
• 
  Gift cards.
  
  Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, or because the delivery information provided was incorrect, the cost of return shipping and any new delivery may be deducted from the refund or charged before the order is resent.
